What is Sad Man Studio?

Sad Man Studio is an animation and creative studio based on the Gold Coast in Queensland, Australia. We produce art and animated stories with a focus on heart and humour. We are committed to creating boutique 2D animated stories for film and TV, with a slate of projects currently in development.

Sad Man Studio's creative team is headed by writer, director and visual artist Samuel Leighton-Dore, art director and concept designer Bradley Tennant, and animator and character designer Jack Grayson. We can help design, develop and deliver creative assets big and small, including animations, GIFs, VR filters for Instagram, illustrations for resource booklets and other digital assets.

Shipping & Tracking

Australian Orders

All domestic orders are sent via Australia Post standard parcel post with tracking and signature on delivery. Postage cost is calculated by weight at checkout. Tracking information will be sent to you once the order has been lodged.

International Orders

Due to recurring issues with lost international orders Sad Man Studio currently only ships internationally to New Zealand. All international orders are sent via Australia Post standard parcel post with tracking and signature on delivery. Postage cost is calculated by weight at checkout. Tracking information will be sent to you once the order has been lodged. Due to delays in international shipping, please allow for an extended delivery time frame.

International customers are encouraged to contact us directly so we can figure out the safest and most economical delivery method to your shipping location.

Order Fulfillment & Product Images

Please take note of any estimated production time-frames mentioned in the product description. If you need the product by a particular date please get in touch and we can advise what’s possible. Most of our items are hand-made or made to order so please allow for minor variations (e.g colour, finish, detail) from the product images displayed.

Returns

Please choose carefully as we do not offer refund on purchases if you change your mind. Due to the bespoke nature of most of our products we do not accept exchanges. If you have any questions or concerns please do not hesitate to get in touch.

If your item/s arrive broken or faulty please email a photo of the damaged goods to contact@sadmanstudio.com within seven (7) days of receipt to arrange a replacement piece or a credit voucher.
